Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location would have been fine if it wasn’t 90 minutes from my house and there’s a UhAul location 5 minutes from my house. My neighbor actually moved the same weekend and they got the exact same size truck locally after saying they wouldn’t drive to get one. I made the same request and was refused. Make it make sense. 5.5 hrs out of my day, having to find someone to help me go get get it and drive it back. Ridiculous beyond words
JANEL CWe had pick up set for 10am. We arrived around 10:20 and was told there was no one there that did Uhaul. There was already someone ahead of us waiting also. About a hour later someone finally shows up. We had already checked in online and all we needed was to be handed the keys but no one present was able to do that and still had to wait. I would not recommend this place for Uhaul. They were very nice people but if you have people scheduled to pick up a rental, I feel like you should make sure a representative is present to help.

Ron BDidn't know basic information about tow dolly. No accessories on site. Had to go to Tractor Supply and buy a $100 drop hitch to use the dolly. Supply better information on rental hardware.
