Originally made reservations at the Glenwood location received a phone call stating they didn’t have the truck and auto transport I reserved. Was told that I had to go to Park Forest, IL to pick up the truck and Gary, IN to pick up the transport. Customer service was great at both locations but the Gary location needs better U-Haul equipment. On my way to my destination, there was an incident that caused damage to the truck in auto transport. At the drop off location once again customer service was great, but had improper training on how to deal with this situation. After several phone calls trying to deal with this situation finally, a tow truck was issued to pick up the auto transport. I was told that I would receive a call when they were here, but it never came. I was unprepared as I was in the middle of unpacking.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location is not the best looking and seemed to only have the trailer I was picking up, but I would rent there again. The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The process was painless.

Doug HThis isn’t the fault of this location, but the U-Haul app does not work for a while and does not sync up with the locations in question or any location. It’s kind of annoying having to upload my ID to the app and then once I get to this location find out that that information is in sync so I have to upload my ID again.
