The employees did not speak any English and had very poor customer service
Elizabeth D.For starters, U-Haul scheduled my pickup for a location that was closed on Saturdays. U-Haul said they were going to credit me $50 for the inconvenience but was not taken off at the time of being charged. Had to drive 30 more minutes out of my way to pick up at a different location. Got in truck and had literally 0 miles to empty in fuel. Store did not want to put gas in and told me to bring it back with quarter of tank, which cost me right at $100, and they would credit me the fuel charge back. They credit me $14.. On top of that, there was broken glass and red dirt all across the inside the back of the truck. We had to clean it before loading our belongings inside. Horrible experience.

Ilija R.Made me pick up the truck in a different location 7 more miles away, and when I got there no appliance dolly was with my reservation and the truck was almost empty in the gas tank.
