Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy reservation got changed 3 times in Shelby NC and then it got changed to Gastonia 20 miles away. When went to pick it up, my $345 agreement changed somehow to close to over $900! Wanda was wonderful to help me get this fixed. It took U-haul corporate close to 2 hours to get something workable before I could leave. The traffic controller had to get tech support and they couldn't figure out why this changed or how to fix it. Again, Wanda at the pickup location was very patient and helpful, so no complaint about her...she did nothing wrong. Someone when changing my pickup spot may have put in a round trip charge but my rental was 1- way. I had people lined up yo help me load and I was 3 hours late....2 hours for uhaul screws up and the location was on the opposite direction from where I was loading, so an hour to backtrack. I am very upset with the whole mess. The person at my drop-off location, who made the original reservation said e erything was done correctly and even had specific notes she put in that should have been read. Both pickup and drop-off folks were excellent but corporate uhaul folks were terrible.
