Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff was so kind and store was clean
Brandi GI dropped the truck off Saturday around 5pm. The truck did not get checked back in until the following Friday causing a $443.00 charge to my brother checking account. He is elderly and on a fixed income. This money that was deducted is his bill money. If bills hit tomorrow he will have NSF charges because the money has not been refunded yet. Had the clerk done his job in auditing and checking in the truck and keys this would not have happened!
Bobby LSelf pick up the app was a little glitchy, but contacted customer service and they fixed everything quickly for me
CHRISTOPHER CI dropped of my 6x12 cargo trailer a day early after hours and they are trying to charge me for an extra day as a late fee. Never use them again!
