After hours drop off was helpful and convenient, lighting could be better after dark, for the key drop off box area. Had to use a flashlight to read instructions for how to drop off key.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI ordered online to pick up at counter. When I get there that’s not an option. The note on the door says I can call another location. So I switched to mobile. I also rented a hand truck and there were no hand trucks in any of the trucks for me to use. So I paid for something I never got!

Jason HDino and crew were awesome, a lady named chelle helped over the phone and Dino made sure check in went smooth.
JERRY ALocation is an old nonfuctioning run down gas station without staff, but has a key 🔑 drop off box and phone number for contact. Please do something about the building and the environment if you want to run a good business.
