I didn’t get any instructions on the self service process which was kind of confusing. The location didn’t answer the phone but someone was there when we arrived and they helped us a lot. If someone hadn’t been there, it would have been challenging.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisA change at the last moment resulted in a smaller truck than originally requested. It worked out and I was informed on the day of P/U prior to arriving at the facility. They missed the blankets that I had requested but were very promp in crediting back my account.
Paul QI was unable to mobile pick up and that really messed up my schedule. The truck needs to be ready to go, when people schedule it for.
Katie BThe location was fine. The before/after hours pickup options on the app did not work at all! Customer service wait time was over an hour on the phone and over 45 min via chat. We had to wait until the business was open so that the rep could call U-Haul and get it checked in manually. Took an hour and a half of our time just to get started.
