Drop off point was not as expected and far enough away that UHaul charged me for extra miles. This is bullshit.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDid not see anyone because I dropped off on a Sunday (after hours since they were closed). Drop off was easy, used the app and put the key in the box. Location took us a second to find because our maps didn’t take us to the right spot, but we saw other uhaul trucks in the lot and figured it out.
Ailie KExcellent service.
CURTIS WThe person checking me out was very personable and very nice but the check-in system on the computer was very poor and kept kicking us out and made the check out instead of being a five minute checkout. It took 35 minutes.
Dean PJust dropped off the truck into an empty parking lot and placed key in lockbox. Location was changed and further away from requested location. Would love to give feedback on the prior rental in Palm Springs. Terrible experience!
