The store I rented from was amazing. The truck on the other hand was in need of a service. AC did not work as it should. Engin light was on. Gas cap light was on. Tightened the gas cap and it still stayed on. Also ignition was messed up, key got stuck in it. Typical Uhaul truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOnly one person, who wasn't there knew how to take in my rental. Was told "most people just drop it off". Finally I unhooked and was going to wait but she was there. She said that she saw me return it and she would send out an email, I didn't feel comfortable with this, but did it anyway, because I took time/date/location stamped pictures of the trailer. Sure enough, it was processed at her leisure a day late, causing me a late charge. I had to call corporate office to get a refund of my "late fee". Fortunately the woman i spoke to was great and took care of me right away.
David KWe put what we knew was the amount of gas we had when we picked it up but was charged a fuel charge. I was told that the gas was to be slightly over a 1/2 tank and we did check the needle as we finished fueling
