U-Haul could provide this location with the equipment that they are promising customers with their reservation rather than leaving it up to the location to have to tell the customers they don’t have what the website it promising.
Andrea PThe rep at this location was rude she was very disrespectful and I really had to bite my tongue and allow her to carry on so I could get the trailer returned with no Trouble and get on my way. Absolutely a person who does not have uhauls reputation in mind when dealing with the public
