RUSSELL HWe picked up the trailer and found that right brake light and blinker did not work. But a call to the location put me in touch with Debbie. She was so nice, understanding and helpful!! She got us straightened out in no time! We actually were sent to the East Alton location where Steve was awesome and it took no time at all the get us going again!! Things aren’t alway perfect but with the help of Debbie in Godfrey and Steve in East Alton, it turned out to be such a minor issue that was fixed quickly!! These two employees were awesome to work with and we definitely will use u-haul again!!
