No one was there when I arrived, the place they said to put the lock was full, no where to put it, the dolly I rented was not in the truck, the furniture pads were also not in the truck. We stood outside in the cold rain waiting for someone to answer and let us know where to put the lock so I wouldn't be charged for it. Finally I received a call and they said to go next door to the auto shop and see if anyone was there and ask them to see if there was a dolly there. I knocked on the door and finally someone came to it and said there wasn't a dolly and they said they would give them the lock for me. The truck was dirty inside the cab. It wasn't a great experience. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 for poor is for the truck I rented actually being there, which was the only thing...

Eboni BThe rental was quick and smooth
Louis BWould definitely rent here again!
anita bThe truck was fair as far as cleanliness goes. I was charged 50 cleaning fee and it was cleaner than when I got it. Highly dissatisfied. Very shady person/owner. Would not answer phone when called.
