The automated process did not work. I had togo twice and soend hours on the phone to check out the truck. Then I had two Moving Help teams quit on ne with no/little notice. It was a horrible experience!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisReservation system needs to be improved. I ordered a 20’ truck 8am pick up and was told the night before that there’s only a 10’ available at 330pm. We traveled hours by plane for this move and the move is incomplete and now we have to book another trip to try to complete this move.
