No one there when we arrived. Very unprofessional location. Trash everywhere, at a PRIVATE RESIDENCE! Had to wait for him to "come home". The FIRST location was very nice and guy was EXTREMELY POLITE but did not have a trailer for us. We drove 100 miles out of our way for THIS one. Tires were low and one leaked. I have rented MANY u haul trailers and NEVER had this issue.

MITCHELL GI felt like some of the emails were a little slow in getting to me. The guy at the pick up location was very helpful.
Kelly JThere was one issue. We were switched from one vendor to another. They first vendor opened earlier. By switching us, our pick up time was pushed back one hour.
