My reservation was confirmed via email. When I got to the location, the location had not completed the reservation on their end. I had to call the 1800# and the person on the phone luckily could help me. None of the equipment I had reserved was with the trailer. Overall the pick up took about 45 min to complete. Luckily the person on the phone was very kind and helpful. I was very disappointed in the locations end of the reservation and pick up. It was very stressful.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe items I ordered were not available at this location, but I only found out when I went to pick up the truck.
Ken BI thought it was kind of expensive but thats a uhaul thing not the locations fault
Sam DReceiving a vehicle with 21 miles remaining in the fuel tank was outrageous. I understand the return vehicle with fuel at same level policy but how do I do that? This rental location is a gas station but where I returned the vehicle this is no gas. There should be at LEAST a quarter tank of fuel in vehicle when it is rented out.
