The employee was a filthy mouthed - disrespectful person. Saying inappropriate things - swearing - complaining….

Wesley NMike and Mike provided great service including hitch hook up.
Michael GThe gentleman at the service counter was friendly and promptly got me on my way. That is most important to me. The only issue I had was at the return there was limited space to park the trailer. It was after hours so I parked where I picked it up. I may have been able to park in a more open area if it were in regular business hours.
Gregory SThis location has many buildings and none of them are marked to indicate where you should go. The key was in a tiny box far away from the trucks and the combination was already entered into the lock. The truck was parked behind a building.
