Personnel didn't have Wi-Fi that worked and needed to use my hotspot. She couldn't find my order that I had put in online, (I was supposed to be able to pick up my truck via mobile.) She completely messed up my order, I said I needed two days and a 100 miles, she charged me for 1 day and 30 miles. She didn't post the drop off location I asked for, (although she said she did) and almost caused us a huge amount of money, had the drop off location not called headquarters and straightened it out for us. We spent over an hour here waiting until she placed our order. I don't normally give negative reviews, but I was really concerned about the kind of service that is being provided at this location. Personnel needs more education on how to run the business.

Danica PI was charged for $29. For gas when I filled the tank to past where it was when I picked it up And I have pictures to prove it. I sent a text message with the pictures to the location and no response
