It seems like the online reservation system doesnt really reserve anything for you. As when I got there there was only 1 truck there and they said they had just got it back so their check in of that one hadn't been done yet. I didn't get the dolly that I requested.

Due to a “supposed” computer being down, they could not access prior reservation and resulted in two different credit cards involved in the transaction. We’re still waiting to find out if duplicate charges were made. Not good business practice as customer had to wait to get the trailer and then get on the way. Also, we were charged for 2 extra days when this wasn’t mentioned to the person picking up the trailer.
