The owner at reservation was not prepared, organized, or friendly. I purchased to rent a dolly that wasn't even available on site which was a huge inconvenience. When I first got to the truck, I arrived late and yet the manager still was saying he didn't see my reservation and advised me to find another one. The customer service was trash and overall, I just will not rent from this location again.

Akilah MU-Haul knowledgeable people were not at this location which required the cashier to call someone and that person called Lori with U-Haul who in turn called my mobile. I then had to put the cashier on my phone with Lori to complete the release of the rental. This took over 30 minutes.
