Very sketchy pick-up location. Cashier was confused about U-Haul process and it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation was unsafe, boarded and barred building with plywood signs. Person urinating in the parking lot. Multiple people loitering in the parking lot. Employee took key and didn’t check in vehicle for 2 days creating inaccurate charges for additional days and had to spend time making multiple calls trying to work it out. Was still charged for additional mileage when I drove exactly location to location.
Joann SI had difficulty finding the location. It is a store front location that provides drop-off services for U-Haul. The name is NOT A2Z Grocery. It’s a different name. The address on the building is 2318, not 2320. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating. She was not responsible for the service, her brother is, so we had to wait for her to contact him over the phone to close out our services. I chunked it up as an experience.

Philip CCracked windshield, uhaul had tons of broken glass inside and a knife? The store literally was trying to get me to pay twice and I had to threaten to call uhaul before they would give me the key. DO NOT USE THIS STORE
