I had originally booked with another rental provider, but that rental company didn't have the truck there at the agreed upon time, nor did they provide any information as to when the truck would be there. Car Care 1 helped me get the needed truck along with a car trailer that was needed. The U-Haul truck was the size needed, clean and gas powered. I would HIGHLY recommend!
TRACEY Sdrop off was not as bad. Again, they changed my drop off location which was different than I originally chose. I wanted to go to a uhaul location that was larger and closer. I did not want to drop off in an empty location where it was set back from the road and dark.
Michael GThere’s no one here, and the only way you can get access to the vehicle is through the app. However, the app is buggy and takes forever.
