Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is this only location out of 3 that you sent me to in 1 day and they helped me out the most. U-Haul sucks.
Bella TThe customer service was great.
Darrell DThe move went well. Agents at drop off and pick were courteous and helpful. Very professional.
SAMUEL AThe back of the truck was filthy, dirty and loaded with cockroaches. I actually had to go into the facility and request some kind of a roach killer of which I sprayed the back of the truck with an entire bottle covered every surface. I had to wait almost 24 hours and then I had to use a pressure washer to finish cleaning the truck out. I checked the oil which was about a half of a quart low. It was topped off with the appropriate weight of oil. The truck ran terribly, sounded like it needed a serious tuneup and made all kinds of transmission noises however, it did get me to my destination without a breakdown.
