Person I left keys with was smoking, slurred his speech as if he were intoxicated and didn’t seem to know which set of keys were which on his desk. I felt scared like he might pull a gun, it was really weird.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisthe windshield wipers really needs to be replaced
Gary WGary did a great job explaining everything I needed to know about the rental and helping me get it connected to my truck. I highly recommend renting from TNT for your U-Haul Reservations!
Aaron SThis was a very good experience overall. It could have been a bit better if we had made the reservation through our local dealer (TNT RV & Generator Services} instead of online. The online people kept saying "the truck might not be available locally the day we needed it, but would be within driving distance to pick up". No one could tell us what "driving distance" might be, so we were a bit worried until the day before the move when we knew for sure the truck would be available locally. Our local deal told us if we had made the reservation through him they could have told us the truck would be available the day we needed it much sooner than the day before. The check in was super easy.
Alice FI can't think of anything that could be improved. Courteous professional advice/service. Thank you.
