Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisParking on slight slope, need access to some kind of tire block
Gerald FOriginally booked at Roper Mountain Rd but location was changed at the last minute. Had to drive across town to new location, cost me time and mileage. The person at August Rd location was so kind and helpful. Not in a great part of town but staff are friendly. But UHaul changing my pick up and drop off location was not appreciated. It was so far out of the way.
andrea gthe person doesn't know to deal with the auto dolly, location doesn't seem safe & no enough space from 2 customers loading or unloading auto dolly at the same time or even if one working it will block the way for anyone else to pick a truck & leave. equipment weren't ready for over 4 hrs & many calls to resolve the issue
Amanda RThe right side turn signals and break light are not working in the back right of the truck. Everything else is good.
