truck worked great for our move, only issue was windshield dirty on inside, and I didn't have a rag to clean it. Truck handled well and swallowed our items like it should.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisKen did great
Joseph NI was a little surprised when I arrived and the assistance was online rather than in person, but it was all very easy and smooth
Stuart BOnce again I asked to drop it off at a different location and I was forced to drop it at a place I didn't want to that was further away.
Jonathan MNo personnel, virtual only. Original drop off site had been changed, thru an email, unknown to me during my travels to my destination. Original site said they don't iteract or do the Uhaul rentals anymore but still have the signage and drop box in place. Changes need to be made to App lo Arizona, like removal of sites no longer participating.
