He stayed late for us to come get the trailer, he went above and beyond to help us figure everything out, he saved us money and got us the best rate available example is we have rented three enclosed trailers in the past month first one was 132 second one was 89 and then this one was half of the second it was only forty five bucks!! He was so so helpful and just as nice as can be! Def the place I’ll always go from now on to rent a trailer when I need one! Thanks to him and hope he gets recognition for all his hard work and excellent customer service skills! Great guy!!
John MRental agreements need larger, readable font. U-Haul rental locations, even independents, should offer some inventory of packing supplies (boxes, tape, etc.), particularly in remote, rural or smaller towns.
