ADRIAN AI was told that I can self return, just go and drop it off and sign out through the app. When we got there it was late, yes. The gate was closed, there was no drop box to leave the key and we couldn't leave the vehicle parked blocking the entrance. We had to come back the next day, during work. The building was locked but there were people inside, there was a sign to call a number to get in but the call took me to a voice msg. I left a msg but didn't get a call back quickly. So I self checked out and hope I did it correctly. But no one came out to help, nothing.
