The self pickup option took forever. The app didn’t seem to let us apply pictures. It actually took longer than if we had just gone inside. The cargo van was alright, it had a “cargo door open” displaying on the dash the entire time. It was annoying and would keep beeping even though the cargo door was definitely closed. This was present as soon as we turned the vehicle on and never went away.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe staff was training a new person, they were slower but understandably so. They were polite and did a good job. The van was clean and worked well.
