Midway Mini Storage has an excellent front office manager and staff! She was very kind and knowledgeable with the best customer service skills. The rates and condition of the truck were great! I will definitely use them again, should the need arise.

NANCY VBe mindful of the amounts billed to customers so you don't come across as trying to take advantage of the trust placed. There are many other places to rent trucks- competition is everywhere!
TRACY SGreat customer service, and always available for one's moving needs!
BRANDON OI rented from Midway Mini Storage to move across town. I though that I would only need 4 hours, so that's what I reserved. Unfortunately, I ran over my time, but Midway Mini Storage folks were able to push another reservation so that I could keep the truck and extrat2 hours and not get charged for a second day. They were very friendly and accommodating.
