Upgrade pickup lockbox. I had a hard time selecting combination lock numbers and opening.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was a complicated process to get possession of the vehicle. Drop off had some confusion about the amount of fuel that was in the vehicle at pick up but resolved.
Vern WMy pick up was 10 AM, I went there and the store was closed which should give me the key, I called and aupport sent me to the location which was 35min, the crazy thing was that I called to that location and it was closed as well, I ended up to go back home and return ar 12:30 after I confirmed the store was open, so they do not know what time store opens which keeps the key, this is what meeds to be fixed
Soso KGreat place to rent from
JOSEPH CPeople at the location were awesome and my negative experience was in no way their fault but U-Haul‘s reliance on the app to get anything done made the whole experience exceedingly frustrating so I’m not mad at the location. I’m mad at your stupid app. My move was delayed by over an hour because of the apps failure to perform in the way that you wanted it to, and no customer service available to help.
