It would be nice to ensure there were moving pads available when rented. We did manage to transfer pads from another UHaul in Chillicothe to the Hale location so that we had them. This location was close and the customer service here is excellent.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisJeff Sears is very dependable!
Sheila GVery nice people.
Jeffrey GThere was a delay in getting away from pickup location because personnel was not versed with the proper check out procedure and needed to spend 30 minutes on phone with u-haul representative before finally on my way.
Darrell HIt was convenient but because it was a lumber yard with only one employee he had to tend to lumber yard customers not just Uhaul customers. I had to wait for a phone call back to the lumberyard to complete my order.
