Chris MAttendant wasn't much help with anything. Luckily I have used the app service before and was knowledgeable of how to work it, but if someone wasn't familiar they may have had a tough time.
Daniel Howner was not helpful with return. App was also not helpful. I needed to call customer service, and on the phone for 15mins. Not an easy return.
Carla DThe app was not good. I was told to go to run location and they did not have my truck there. I was then told to go to another location and they did not have it there. After going to the third location they had my truck.
