Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe whole experience was horrible. I went online, found a location, called the store, spoke to the representative there and booked online. Then an hour later was told the location was changed or the truck couldn't be guaranteed. Then an hour later after that, I was told the location would not be open at the time I was planning on picking up the truck. I arrived and it took me 40 minutes to find the drop box for the key and perform the self examination. When I returned the truck, I was told to have it back by 5pm. I was there 4:55 and went into the store to check the truck back in only to be told to do it online. HORRIBLE experience.
Sommer U1. Hooked up to wrong trailer. 2. No inspection trailer hooked up correctly. 3. No visual check of lights working lights.
William AYes the guy at marathon was great! Very nice and informative!
DAVID SRate now I’m very mad as I replaced the gas I used and they charged me $66 and I will call tomorrow and if they don’t drop that charge I will stop payment and contact a lawyer I took pictures of before and after of the gas gauge. I only used 14 miles and I put 3 gallon in and they are saying they had to add 8 That’s just over one mile to the gallon I will be telling everybody to never use U-Haul
