This is more of a "satellite" location with few rentals. Though I did have to wait for a representative to be present, checking in with assistance of the regional officer was best solution as they got hold of the local rep. The local rep had issues with the computer site being down, however made the right calls for technical assistance to get through the check-in and contractual signing. Overall, all parties did the best they/we could considering a few glitches.
