Cathy MTerrible, they charged me for two days instead of the one I actually took. Never again. I will tell everyone in the Hamptons that I can.
Brian DDon’t overbook your equipment. I had to drive 30 miles further to pick up my truck which made my drive 4 hours. I thought the truck was confirmed as that’s what was written on my reservation. This is the 4th time I rented and it was very unexpected
Lori NOur agreement was to pick the truck up in Mastic & then it was changed to Hampton bays, which was an extra 40 miles out of our way round trip. Once we got to the location it took well over a half hour to actually get the truck. Nobody knew what was going on; we were emailing, texting & calling back & forth, it was absolutely ridiculous.
