The parking lot was small and difficult to maneuver the vehicle through, but the customer service was amazing! If you're a decent driver, I'd definitely recommend this place!

Staff was not present and it took a long time to complete the self pickup with the app and had to call for help several times to finally get the truck. It's not as easy and efficient as started using the app and it took much longer.
Nadine A.One of the storage units had someone obviously living there. They must be peeing outside the unit because the smwll of urine was overpowering. Had to unhook the trailer and park where instructed with no assistance from the staff. Due to space limitations had to remove trailer from vehicle and push around manually to place where instructed, again no assistance from the staff.
