Gentleman at the counter of office could not provide useful information related to issues of picking up the truck. He was very rude and inconsiderate of our needs and questions.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis ended up being an unexpected and unpleasant experience. The mobile pick-up and drop-off was not expected and the app did not work properly. The truck had a few broken items: drivers window winding knob broken, interior fan knob broken, and radio did not work.
Paul DVery disappointing experience with U-Haul. We had an 8:00 AM pickup confirmed online for a 2-day rental. About 16 hours before our move, we were told they couldn’t guarantee that our truck would even be available, so we had to change our plans and reduce the rental to just one day. We were then told the 8:00 AM pickup was confirmed, only to find out afterward that the truck wouldn’t actually be there until 11:00 AM. When we arrived to pick it up, there was nobody there to help us. Thankfully, we were able to figure everything out ourselves. We were told that, because of the inconvenience, they would lower the gas price for us. That discount was never applied, so I had to spend another 20 minutes on the phone getting it corrected. Moving is already stressful enough, and this was easily the most stressful part of our entire move. The lack of communication, changing plans, and having to fix issues ourselves made the experience extremely frustrating. Based on our experience, I would not recommend U-Haul for a move. Spend the extra money through Lowe’s or Home Depot and save yourself the hassle.
Trey NTook a very long time to even get the truck to go do my move. I'll never rent from this location again. $19.95 per day rental turned into over $90. What a bunch of crap. Never again
Nelson LMade arrangements to drop off at Pritingers and when I arrived, the location had been changed to Clearview which was further away. There was no one there so again had to use the mobile app. The app continuously reflected the multiple pics I had to take of the truck so had to keep doing it over. Took far too long to complete.
