This was not the location I had requested to pick up my truck from, but U Haul changed it the night before. The staff were not familiar with the process to rent a vehicle which wasted a lot of time. I had also ordered 6 furniture pads which they did not have. The cab and cargo area were both dirty.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy location was moved 2 times. Truck was a mess
Robert SEverything went well at check out and return. Friendly staff.
John MWhen I picked it up, it was extremely hard communicating because the person running the store did not speak English and had her small child daughter, about six years old, doing the communicating. I rented an appliance dolly, and it was not there. Truck was clean and rain good. But the location is horrible.
MATTHEW PLocation was clean attendant very friendly and knowledgeable.
