This is the first time I rented a moving vehicle, so I don't really have anything to compare it to the experience seemed fine though the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. The U-Haul charges are not clearly stated though.

Rental process was a breeze! Staff are friendly and knowledgable. Lot is setup for easy pickup and return of Uhaul equipment. I will be using Southern Charm from now on for all my Uhaul rental needs.

Travis FCharged an extra $80 because gas yet, it was returned before it was supposed to be and gas was not as far off as they stated it was. Other than that no issue
