irven S.When we came to return the rental vehicle. They told us that the did not have the coverage to inspect the returning vehicle. It made me feel uncomfortable. We were told that he would email us the final invoice.I have checked my email and no invoice is to be found. We were also told that we would either be charged or credited about the mileage. I feel this location is not very professional. In the past we rented a truck from Penske to travel across the states from California. We will have to think hard about using haul in the future.
Daniel B.I need someone to go back and check why did they went on my bank account twice and take money out of my account. Not only I feel like I was over charged when I see that I had to pay $88 than they went to my account after I been charged and take $40 more even I over feel the truck with gas.
