There was no room to maneuver the truck and trailer around. There were broken down cars all over the place and UHaul equipment strewn all over, including Dollie’s sitting outside in the elements instead of being put away

Richard WFred is awesome. Quick to respond, goes above and beyond for customer service! Noticed a tire going low and was set to leave in early hours of morning and I called him and he came and changed the tire out - AFTER HOURS- so leave time didn’t have to be changed! THAT is true customer service experience!
Jerian CExcellent service
Lyle HThey were very kind and accommodating. They worked with us to make sure we got what we paid for, and didn't pay more than what we needed. Recommended highly.
