The lady locked herself out and I had to wait for her. To go home to find key then she then she didn't want to take cash. I believe this is because im disabled.

Katie was incredibly helpful on the phone prior to arrival and then after arrival and could not have been more helpful courteous. She is a 10 out of 10. This made the experience wonderful. In addition, the equipment was excellent.
