The hand truck wheels were very loose, sloppy, wobbly and noisy.

Easy to grab a U-Haul to handle what I needed the store employee was fast and efficient when setting up the rental over the phone and the pickup and turn in was just as quick and simple I probably spent 15 total minutes over the 3 interactions and was able to get all of what I needed moved for a reasonable price would recommend and will return next time i am in need of a truck

Nick CYour people are excellent, courteous, knowledgeable, very helpful. Your automated systems are not great unfortunately. For example it seemed pretty clear that I had made a reservation to pick up a truck in my home town. However when I spoke to a scheduling rep I was told this was not the case, and the nearest truck was 2 hours away from me. The very nice scheduling rep found a truck 1/2 hour closer which was helpful. So again, your people are great, your software is not good.
