My pickup time was nine a m.The attendant didn't arrive to the store until after 9am. No details were given about the rental, the service fees or the insurance prices. Poor customer service, the clerk gave me her phone, for me to enter my credit card information while the phone showed a facetime call with another person. I asked her to end the FaceTime call while I'm entering my information on her phone. I was nervous about screen sharing my information with someone else. I explained to the clerk that the credit card on file would not be the credit card to pay for the transaction. The reserved amount was pending on my card and at the end of the transaction, there was a second pending amount on the card reserved on file. In addition to a third charge on the credit card, I used to check out. The clerk explained it will take six hours for the two transactions to be removed from my card on file. I have rented uhauls in the past and this complete transaction was unorthodox and very unusual.

The UhAul app led me to believe this location had mobile pickup and drop off. The location turned out to be in person. This was not a big problem since I arrived 15 minutes before the location opened. Overall a quick process.
STEVEN DThe owner was late to open the location for pick up, and the truck was dirty on the inside. It also needed some maintenance as there is a severe rattling noise from underneath and the vehicle shifted hard. This wasn’t my location I had originally requested to rent a truck from either. The location I requested had 2 of the same sized trucks in the lot but I was told the night before no truck available and why I had to rent from this location.
ANITA OThe hand truck wheels were very loose, sloppy, wobbly and noisy.
Kenneth WEasy to grab a U-Haul to handle what I needed the store employee was fast and efficient when setting up the rental over the phone and the pickup and turn in was just as quick and simple I probably spent 15 total minutes over the 3 interactions and was able to get all of what I needed moved for a reasonable price would recommend and will return next time i am in need of a truck
