I was on the phone with customer service for an hour trying to Mobile log in and could not pick up my truck then the service rep just hung up and I didn’t pick my truck up till 9:30 and the appointment was at 8am

DOUGLAS MAt this location, my experience was above average. The staff was eager to help me with the auto trailer rental process and even assisted me with backing my truck online with the trailer. I had a great overall experience!!
Jared SI returned the car transport late in the evening on Sunday. There was no one there. This is the reason for choosing "no" on the personnel helpful question. I understand no one was there at that time. The address was hard to find in Maps and it took me to the wrong location initially. The area to leave the trailer is hard to maneuver in.
Ricardo HFix your return methods. Took over 30 minutes because the app/computer wouldn't work, person on the phone did all she could but system for return sucks. Never had that issue the previous time I rented a truck.
