Dropping off was difficult, I wasn’t sure what I was doing. I was also charged somehow $75 extra dollars and don’t know how or why or who to talk to about it. The pick up was easier bc I had help. When I dropped off there was 1 attendant who just gave me the phone to complete. I am Not sure if I filled someone out wrong and that is why I was charged an extra $76. Not really fair, moving is stressful enough, uhual should have someone on standby or a phone number to call when you’re going through the process if you need help.

Steve GDo not use non-staffed locations. I had a terrible experience that caused me a delayed pick-up and a delayed return, both times required lengthy customer service calls, with wait times, to resolve.
Neal RCustomer service person was helpful and helped me with a small website glitch.
SARAH CRental person was not there and couldn’t be reached at 6:30am. The location was changed on me after I made the reservation.
