Your app is slow and pictures don’t update when they upload. Only after I went back a page they finally appeared, which when you are on a time crunch can cause extra stress.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck itself was not water proof. It rained for several hours along the trip and all of the linens were soaked and all of the cardboard boxes in the Mom’s attic area were soaked. Very unpleased with this. This really could have been destroyed.
Chris CFirst time using the app. Took an hour to get the key.
Wayne NWorst experience with U-Haul I’ve ever had. I will not be using U-Haul again and have told all my family and friends to start using Penske. They all thought Uhaul was horrible to deal with and agreed customer service and overall experience was unacceptable
Laura KYou can make sure you send them an email with an updated location. I went to one place then was told I had to drive 20+min to another location. Then when I got there, and tried to use the app it said my reservation was not eligible, and I had to call customer service to get everything worked out. And the location was in the country so cell service was not great. I can believe I had to pay all of this money just to get jerked around. It was not the owner of the storage places he was very friendly.
