It’s a small rustic spot, not like the other locations I w dropped off but the gentleman was very friendly and dropping off was very easy and this was actually the closest location to my home thus far

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTrailer was ready upon arrival. Rep assisted with hook up and lights verification. Was able to return trailer a day early and immediately got the new receipt for the early return.
John EGreat customer service thank you
Randy HVery helpful and accommodating!
Joseph DTrailer had a rear light not working and when I reported it to the manager he just said either take it or don't take it. I reserved it days before and it should have been inspected and repaired. This issue was a dangerous situation. The manager said that I had insurance if the situation risked an accident. This is not acceptable!
