PETE CFirst res.was done by corporate because of bad internet transmission in this town of haysi va.the order was all set.when i arrived they had a totally wrong order,supposed to have 1 auto transport trailer for quoted for 69.95 ,what they had was a an order for a box trailer with added on extras like blankets ,locks etc..,for $178.86, they had to redo work order with district manager after about an hr. Finally got done ,inspected trailer an notice grease streaks coming out of all lug studs,didn't feel safe but was reassured by attendant, trailer was old. They relied on outside vendors to maintain, last but lease final bill had a extra charge of $7 added to quoted $69 an turned into $76 an said this was actual rate, total bill was $86.78 Taxs???,

Michael PThe employee in the store was unprofessional, I know the routine with rentals. There was no request for Drivers License which was a first for us! They didn't not follow any of them, they handed us the keys and never took us outside to show us how to use it and do the inspection for photos. The UHAUL was covered in dog hair, dirt and unkempt. Not to mention is reeked. We did take the required Photos which was the mess inside the cab, the mileage, the gas and around the cab. So we weren't held liable. We knew something was off. I highly look into other locations, clearly they aren't a good rep for UHAUL unfortunately. I will always use UHAUL services as long as I need them. I would have checked the text before we pulled out and submitted the photos but we did not have cellular services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANS STRESS THAT IF YOU DO RENT HERE HAVE THE RENTER OR OWNER COME OUTSIDE WITH YOU AND MAKE THEM AWARE OF THE SHAPE OF THE INSDE AND THEM TAKE PICTURES WITH MILAGE AND ALL THE PLACES ON THE U-HAUL.
