The alley didn’t feel safe to pick up at night. The parking lot north of the building would have been more comfortable

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCleanest and most well maintained U-HAUL truck I've ever rented.
Nicole PI has initially made a reservation to pick up my truck in Defiance, OH, weeks in advance. I got a call the day before to tell me there were no trucks available on my location. When I called back the lady was unable to give me a reasonable solution, and was unable to see if there were vehicles available in other areas outside of Northwest Ohio that could work for me. I hanged up after ahe transferred me to another location and nobody picked up. Luckily another lady called me later and proposed a solution out of Michigan that I was able to make work. Very disappointed that reservations are not honored, and there are some people assigned to customer service that cannot provide reasonable solutions.
Jacinto CCourteous efficient service always
ANN MOrdered a dolly, was not there, still charged for it, had to talk to two different people before my refund was given.
