I dropped the trailer off after hours and called the following morning. The lady was friendly and I have already received the $75 for towing the trailer here!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad a last minute pick up location change. Did receive an email but it would have been better to receive a phone call as I was on the way to the other location.
Joseph FHave an employee on site for the time of the reservation. Back up employee did come (her day off -thank you) and arrived within the 20 minutes woman on phone said she would, but that was 40 minutes after reservation time. Unacceptable
Anne LWe went to this location. Followed instructions, opened the locked box, no keys. People who run that one said they didnt open until 10 and we could call 1800gouhaul. We did, they didnt know what to do. Finally they sent us to pick up in Whitestone. Meanwhile, truck was low on gas, dolly wasn't there, blankets weren't included but I had to pay. Also had to pay two workman for two hours of standing in my yard waiting for the truck. Where is the refund and help with that?
Thomas WVery reliable and efficient.
