All around terrible couldn’t get in the lock box first code wasn’t working , then the truck brakes were gone out , was shaking so bad I had to hold the steering wheel really tight , gas hand didn’t work , couldn’t go over 15 mph & not to mention the truck quit in the middle of the highway & to top it all off I paid 100 on my account & the balance was only 70 & they are trying to send me a check for $30 be fr only in Helena has this ever happened I’ve never had a problem with u haul & to top that i didn’t hear back or get a response when I said I didn’t want a check

The U-Haul rode very rough and the inside smelled
